And we…are…back!
2025 is coming in like a heavy hitter with a pair of storm systems set to bring some big-time weather impacts to a vast portion of the country. As a weather nerd, this is the part of weather I’ve grown to really appreciate, even if my storm chaser half isn’t as excited.
Storm 1
The first storm is over the Four Corners region right now and will slide east over the next 48 hours, bringing significant impacts to a large swath of the country.

Storm 2 (The Kicker)
As storm 1 departs, our attention quickly shifts to storm 2, impacting the country from midweek to next weekend. Depending on its track, this might be a more impactful storm overall in terms of winter weather.

Titan Photo of the Week
I’m in the process of thinking back on the monsoon season to plan out some future videos. This day on the Plains of San Augustin was absolutely magical, with the storms forming over the open landscape with the highlands on every side and fields full of wildflowers. This was an epic week of photography and I can’t wait to show more.
