Low-level shear is certainly increasing at the present time, but storms are also running out of the instability access across southern Oklahoma and North Texas. Still, storms will pose a very low tornado threat for the next couple of hours, as they move east through this region and line out.

Expect storms to form into a linear complex in the coming hours and move east with damaging winds the main threat as we move into the overnight hours. The very strong, low level winds may tend to mix down towards the surface with storms overnight.
