Don’t adjust those computer monitors, your phone is working too — there is indeed no outlined tornado risk in the middle of the country today.

In fact, there isn’t even a risk of general thunderstorms across much of the middle of the  country today. This break in tornado risks may last a bit, as tomorrow’s marginal risk over portions of Texas and Oklahoma looks more like a windbag day than anything.

The last time we had two consecutive days with no tornado risks over the Plains was earlier in May, so it’s been awhile!
