For most of the Central U.S., we’re looking at a quiet weekend with cooler weather and perhaps some rainfall depending on your location. A cold front has shoved south and has taken the storm fuel with it to South Texas.

Risks over the weekend are mainly for large hail and damaging winds, we’re not expecting anything like we saw yesterday to unfold tomorrow and Saturday, though there could be some giant hail in S/W Texas through the rest of today.

Beyond that, we’ll probably see a quieter week with possible increasing risks for severe weather towards the latter portion of the week into the weekend.
