I absolutely love chasing the high desert of Northern Arizona during monsoon season. The landscapes are absolutely breathtaking, but in a different sort of way. The area around/near Flagstaff is one of my favorite places in the whole country, and seeing storms over this area is almost a yearly tradition.
In this video, myself and Eugene are chilling out north of town watching monsoon storms zipper down a remnant boundary. It was a thrilling experience to sit in the same spot for more than two hours watching multiple entire storm life cycles.
