This was a day where parameters weren’t so great early in the day and it showed. Storms were a mushy mess, with little structure and organization. However, as sunset approached, the low level jet really began to crank which increased shear and overall storm organization. Because of that, a supercell with some pretty structure really began to do its thing near Walters, OK.
