Yet another haboob for Phoenix!

Yet another monstrous haboob impacted the Phoenix, Arizona metro area yesterday, July 29, 2012. This year’s monsoon season has featured several huge dust storms which have blanketed the Phoenix metro area. While haboobs are usually not damaging, they are certainly disruptive with the wall of dust and strong winds locally reducing visibilities for awhile and the dust being a natural irritant if you are caught outdoors when it rolls through.
