The 2017 Fall Season: Supercells, Dust Storms, and Beautiful Skies

0 87

The 2017 Fall Season was a *bit* of a letdown. However, there were still some pretty good chase days to enjoy for storm chasers! In this week’s WiLD Weather we are taking a tour of some of the highlights from the Fall!

First we look at the Fall Season and why its a thing on the Great Plains.

Then we look at October 9, 2017 — a storm chase along the OK/KS border in Osage County.

Next we’re in Central Oklahoma as a line of storms takes shape on October 14, 2017.

Finally, we dive into SW Oklahoma on a tornado warned supercell near Indiahoma, OK.

It’ll be a fun episode! Buckle your seat belts and get ready!
